Overview

  • To support the Commercial Director and the Proposition and Marketing Director with the network and mortgage club distribution strategy.
  • To be accountable for the growth of clubs and networks, delivering the channels origination targets across all product verticals.
  • Ensure a business plan and target objectives are in place for the channel, including individual plans for each Corporate account with a supporting marketing and sales plan for each.
  • Identify and onboard new networks and mortgage clubs where gaps in the distribution have been identified.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Commercial Director and the Proposition and Marketing Director in order to develop the distribution strategy for the mortgage and bridging division while ensuring that the strategy applied at a regional level is effective.
  • To identify and establish new business relationships with Networks and Mortgage clubs - engaging with central functions to assist with a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Responsible for the management, oversight, growth and marketing activity of our existing major clubs and network partners – evidenced by completion of formal documented quarterly review meetings which reveal discussions held and actions/follow up undertaken (stored in our broker depositary – Teams shared folder).
  • Bespoke account plans to be created for each key account to drive their growth.

Skills and Experience sought

  • 10+ years’ experience within a mortgage lending environment
  • Understanding of the regulatory environment
  • Understanding of the customer sales to servicing lifecycle
