Head of Building Management

A leading construction contractor, with a strong reputation for delivering high-profile and complex projects across London, is seeking a Head of Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ). With a turnover of circa 100m and ambitious growth plans, this organisation operates across a range of sectors including major refurbishments and new build residential properties.
It would suit an established Head of HSEQ or an ambitious HSEQ Manager stepping into a senior leadership position.
Responsibilities for the Head of Health, Safety, Environment and Quality will include:
Providing strategic leadership across Health and Safety, Environmental, Quality, and Training functions to ensure excellence across all sites.
Developing and reviewing HSEQ management systems and policies to align with current legislation and industry best practice.
Driving compliance with Higher-Risk Building (HRB) regulations.
The successful Head of Health, Safety, Environment and Quality will have:
Hold a NEBOSH and ideally a NVQ Level 6 (or equivalent) in Health and Safety
A passion for building a culture of safety, compliance, and operational excellence.
