The Service Line Owner (Head of Workload Solutions) is a global pre-sales & technical leadership role responsible for their specific service line within the Cloud PSO. The owner serves as the authority on the technology roadmap and regional implementation of the service line. Defining and communicating a unified value proposition and go-to-market strategy, including commercial and resourcing considerations
Setting strategic direction and developing service offerings with the Head of Cloud Services
Evaluating R&D projects for relevance to the service line objectives
Guiding delivery teams on training, upskilling, and capacity management in collaboration with regional Heads of Consulting
Providing subject matter expertise and quality assurance for successful project delivery
Creating reference materials, templates, and resources for client resource planning and delivery models, ensuring quality and global consistency
Leadership experience in high-growth technology consulting and team building
Deep expertise in business transformation, strategy, and management consulting, especially in IT delivery for financial services
Bachelors degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or related field
Strong financial acumen and practice P&L management experience
Proven leadership in building high-performing, growth-oriented teams
Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
