The Opportunity :As our Head of Brand & Communications, you’ll play a pivotal role in defining and delivering insight-led, creatively disruptive strategies that make people fall in love with our melt-in-the-mouth doughnuts all over again.
You’ll lead and inspire a talented team of three, and collaborate cross-functionally across retail, grocery, digital, and innovation to drive brand performance and same-store sales growth.You’ll be responsible for everything from brand campaigns and PR to paid media and customer insights.
We’re not looking for someone who plays it safe, we want a brave thinker, a natural storyteller, and a commercially astute brand leader ready to take Krispy Kreme to the next level in a highly legislated HFSS media landscape.
Key Duties & Responsibilities :• Define & lead brand and communications strategies that build brand love and drive visibility across channels• Champion customer insight, ensuring our decisions are rooted in real human behaviour• Create standout campaigns across paid, earned, and owned media that get people talking (and tasting)• Collaborate with Product Development to bring exciting new products to market• Own our brand calendar, from big seasonal moments to disruptive brand partnerships• Measure what matters, setting KPIs, analysing ROI and evolving strategies based on results• Lead and inspire your team and agency partners to consistently deliver best-in-class work• Be the voice of the brand internally and externally, ensuring we show up consistently and with purpose What we’re looking for :• 8 years’ experience in senior brand or marketing roles.
