The role combines technical oversight, people management, and client engagement. The successful candidate will be a Responsible Individual, signing audit reports and overseeing a varied portfolio across owner-managed businesses and the not-for-profit sector.
Key Responsibilities: Lead audit strategy aligned to wider business objectives Manage and develop a high-performing audit team Ensure audit quality, compliance, and risk management Act as a trusted adviser to key clients Drive innovation and efficiency in audit delivery Oversee departmental performance and KPIs
About You: ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) Responsible Individual 10+ years' audit experience in practice Strong technical expertise (UK GAAP, IFRS, ISAs) Proven senior leader with commercial and client-facing skills
