We are seeking an experienced and proactive Head of Advisory to provide compliance guidance within a growing, regulated organisation.
This role is suited to a forward-thinking professional who can support business growth while ensuring regulatory requirements are effectively interpreted and embedded across operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clear, pragmatic compliance advice across business functions
- Act as a trusted adviser to senior stakeholders on regulatory matters
- Support oversight of third-party relationships and marketing activity
- Contribute to product development and customer journey design from a regulatory perspective
- Ensure customer-focused regulatory principles are considered in decision-making
- Identify and mitigate compliance risks at an early stage
- Support internal reviews and external regulatory interactions as required
- Promote a strong culture of compliance and good customer outcomes
Candidate Profile
- Significant experience in compliance advisory within a regulated environment
- Strong understanding of relevant regulatory frameworks and expectations
- Ability to balance commercial objectives xbpsjku with regulatory requirements
- Experience working with senior stakeholders
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Leadership experience preferred
