This is a high-impact 12‑month role working closely with the leadership team to shape strategy, improve performance, and build capability across the team. What you’ll be doing

Defining and shaping a business-wide Supply Chain Strategy Delivering the Supply Chain elements of the Annual Business Plan, focusing on: Availability – improving customer outcomes while reducing cost and excess stock Distribution Centre performance – driving efficiency from a Supply Chain perspective Supply Chain systems – advising on effective solutions and supporting implementation Leading and supporting major change and project management activity Building technical capability across UK and offshore Supply teams Working closely with external partners on end‑to‑end transformation initiatives

What we’re looking for

Senior Supply Chain leader with strong experience in retail or wholesale Proven background in developing and delivering Supply Chain strategy Experience improving availability, stock flow and end‑to‑end efficiency Strong capability in system selection, implementation or optimisation Excellent stakeholder management and change leadership skills Ability to work across multi‑site and multi‑country teams
