Day Head Concierge
to join the team on a modern and luxurious residential scheme based in SE London. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of providing 5* service to residents on site. Hours : 7am to 7pm - 4on 4off rota Salary : £35,000 per annum 5K Bonus Duties: Deliver outstanding customer service to all residents and visitors
Provide a warm, professional welcome at all times
Anticipate and respond proactively to resident needs
Assist with general front-of-house duties including parcel management and key handling
Monitor CCTV and access control systems
Support with emergency procedures and ensure site safety protocols are followed
Act as a strong ambassador for the development and managing agent
About You: Previous experience in concierge, reception, or front-of-house roles (residential or hospitality preferred)
Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
Well-presented, reliable, and proactive
Calm and decisive under pressure
Familiar with CCTV, access control, and basic security procedures
Knowledge of fire safety and first aid is advantageous
