The Role
Lead all aspects of menu development and culinary direction
Champion modern Spanish cuisine using seasonal, high-quality ingredients
Recruit, train, and inspire a professional brigade
Maintain consistently high standards of food quality, presentation, and execution
Manage food costs, GP targets, and supplier relationships
Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
Work closely with senior management to evolve and strengthen the restaurants vision
What Were Looking For
Proven experience as a
Head Chef
in fine dining or high-end modern restaurants
Strong understanding of
Spanish cuisine
and contemporary cooking techniques
A creative yet disciplined approach to menu development
Commercially astute with strong kitchen management skills
Calm, confident leader with the ability to motivate and retain a strong team
