Are you a Sous Chef ready to move up to Head Chef? We have an opportunity for a Chef to take their first Head Chef role in Arundel. Lead a dedicated team and manage a fast-paced hotel kitchen with weddings, functions, and a busy Tap Room.

Your Impact as Head Chef
As Head Chef, you'll be the driving force behind the kitchen. You will:
Work across all kitchen sections and train your team. Constantly look for ways to improve and grow the kitchen. Lead and develop all kitchen team members. Manage day-to-day operations and keep up-to-date records. Work closely with the General Manager to ensure smooth communication. Be a key player during the festive period.
