We're recruiting a Head Chef to lead a dynamic, multi-faceted food operation in Northamptonshire . This is a unique opportunity to oversee both a daytime café-style offer and high-profile events within a prestigious, fast-paced environment.
The Head Chef will lead a skilled kitchen team, delivering a fresh café/deli offer for daily visitors alongside corporate hospitality and premium evening events in Northamptonshire . If you're a versatile Head Chef who thrives across retail and events, this is an exciting and varied role with an incredible contract caterer !
The offer
£40,000 per annum
40 hours per week
5 out of 7 working pattern
Some evenings required

The role
Lead and manage the full kitchen operation.
Deliver a consistent, high-quality café and deli offer.
Oversee planning and execution of corporate and evening events.
Manage, train and develop the kitchen team.
Ensure strong food safety, compliance and kitchen standards.
Control ordering, GP and stock management.
Work closely with senior stakeholders to deliver exceptional events.
The ideal Head Chef
Experienced Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef ready to step up
Comfortable delivering high-volume service alongside premium events
Reliable, consistent and committed to long-term roles.
