This means they have to be able to cater for a really wide range of customers and can accommodate golfers, conferences, banquets, functions, business and leisure guests throughout the year. This gives you ample opportunity to build on your already impressive career and become an integral part of the kitchen and key in adding to its success. The hotel and kitchen is multi outlet with Banqueting, Bar and Restaurant all parts of the F&B operation with the addition of a very popular golf course to look after as well. What's involved? As Head Chef you will be instrumental in the development and management of the kitchen on a day to day basis. You will use your experience and talent to mentor and guide the team to cope with the challenges a busy kitchen present. Although the client is looking for someone coming from a minimum 2 years as a Head Chef in a 4 star Hotel, you will also have experience in both restaurant and banqueting service and be able to cope with anything that comes your way with a calmness that puts the brigade at ease so they can focus on what they do best. You will naturally be ambitious, very keen and an outstanding communicator and will use all of these to slip into each team seamlessly. THERE IS NO ACCOMMODATION WITH ROLE SO YOUR OWN TRANSPORT WILL BE ADVANTAGEOUS.
