Costings,
Ordering,
Rotas,
Recruitment and
Training junior chefs. This head chef role is a hands on head chef role and it is a busy venue. This role will include all the standard head chef duties.
Experience We are looking for a head chef from a fresh food background within a restaurant that cooks European food including pasta dishes and pizzas. You will be
