We're looking for a passionate and creative Head Chef to lead a busy kitchen with energy, precision and imagination. Head Chef Ideal Profile:
Demonstrates strong culinary skills with the ability to design menus that balance creativity and commercial appeal
Motivated leader who can inspire and develop kitchen staff while maintaining high standards
Comfortable managing food costs, supplier relationships and stock control
Committed to consistency, quality, hygiene and safe working practices
Excellent communicator with a collaborative approach to working with front-of-house teams
Flexible and resilient under pressure, with a proactive problem-solving mindset
Head Chef Responsibilities:
Lead daily kitchen operations, ensuring dishes are prepared to the highest standard
Create, update and cost menus that reflect quality, seasonality and profitability
Manage and mentor the kitchen team, supporting training and performance development
Maintain strong food hygiene, safety and cleanliness standards always
Monitor food stock, ordering and supplier relationships to optimise costs
Work closely with management to plan specials, events and seasonal changes
