Responsibilities: Lead and inspire the kitchen team to deliver consistently high-quality food Maintain excellent standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene Drive kitchen performance, productivity, and service during high-volume periods Recruit, train, and develop kitchen team members Foster a positive, motivated, and collaborative team culture Manage stock control, ordering, and kitchen costs Ensure compliance with food safety and company standards You: Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a high-volume branded restaurant A strong leader with a genuine passion for team development and coaching Ability to motivate teams and create a positive kitchen culture Excellent organisational and operational skills A calm, hands-on approach in a fast-paced environment A passion for simple, high-quality food done exceptionally well If youre a people-focused Head Chef who thrives in a busy, energetic environment and wants to be part of a brand that values great food, great value Id love to speak to you!
