As the Head Chef at Ottolenghi Richmond, youll be responsible for managing the kitchen, leading a talented team, and ensuring the consistent delivery of exceptional dishes that reflect Ottolenghis reputation. Youll have the opportunity to design menus, oversee kitchen operations, and ensure that every dish meets our high standards. This is a key leadership role that will play an essential part in the success of our new venue. The Ideal Head Chef will: Lead and manage the kitchen team, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene Develop and design seasonal menus that reflect the Ottolenghi ethos of creativity, quality, and bold flavours Manage food costs, stock levels, and kitchen budgets Train, mentor, and develop junior kitchen staff, fostering a positive and supportive working environment Work closely with front-of-house teams to ensure a seamless dining experience for our guests Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations Be a strong communicator with excellent leadership skills Whats in it for you: The chance to be a part of a new and exciting Ottolenghi venue!
