Location: Balham Salary: Up to £50,000 package (including TRONC) We're looking for an experienced Head Chef to lead the kitchen of a busy, well-established restaurant in Balham . This is a great opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, fresh-food environment.

The Role

Full responsibility for kitchen operations and standards

Lead, train and develop a high-performing kitchen team

Deliver consistent, high-quality food at volume

Manage GP, labour, stock and compliance

Work closely with senior management to drive performance

The Ideal Candidate

Proven Head Chef or strong Senior Sous ready to step up

Background in high-volume, fresh-food kitchens

Strong leadership, organisation and financial awareness

Passionate about food quality and team culture
