We are looking for a Head Chef who is experienced enough to work and hold together the kitchen and team under pressure, hands on leader who is the example for the team and a highly organised professional who has under control Compliance, Inventory, Consistency in food quality and presentation but also a diplomatic person who builds strong relationships with our suppliers.
Requirements:
Head Chef with years of experience under your belt
An inspiring leadeder who can motivate the chef team
Excellent mamangement skills
Pastry knowlegable
Creative flair with a passion for fresh, seasonal ingredients
A proactive, "can-do" attitude and problem-solving mindset
Organised and focused with a sharp eye for quality and consistency
Ambition to evolve and grow with the business
Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management
Work with our Group Executive Chef on Menu design and cost
Ensure high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness
Work closely with management on strategy, planning, and forecasting
Train and inspire junior team members
Maintain a culture of support, efficiency, creativity, and positivity
Lead the day-to-day kitchen operations
Qualifications & Experience :
Exceptional proven ability of kitchen management
Thorough knowledge of Kitchen SOPs
Good computer & soft skills
Strong Management and Delegation skills
Maintain a positive working environment
Inventory experienced and GP% Maintenance
Food and Safety Compliance expert
Outstanding communication and leadership skills
Ability to work well under pressure
