Opportunities for career growth as the business expands. About the Role As Head Chef, youll oversee all aspects of kitchen management, including: Menu Development
Create and maintain seasonal menus with creative freedom. Team Leadership
Train, motivate, and develop a high-performing kitchen team. Stock & Cost Control
Manage stock systems, monitor waste, and achieve GP targets. Compliance & Standards
Ensure food safety, hygiene, and maintain a 5? rating. Operational Excellence
Coordinate smooth service across multiple outlets and events. Youll also have opportunities to contribute to
future site openings
as our business expands, gaining valuable experience in a growing hospitality environment. Key Responsibilities Lead and inspire the kitchen team. Develop menus and maintain quality across all outlets. Manage stock using our new system (Polaris Quantum experience is a plus). Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations. Collaborate with the General Manager and Front of House team for seamless service. Essential Skills & Experience Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a similar setting. Strong leadership and organisational skills. Expertise in food safety, cost control, and multi-outlet operations. Desirable Experience with stock management software. Background in multi-site or expanding hospitality businesses. Applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
