Location: Boutique Hotel & Restaurant, near Bournemouth, Dorset
Salary: £50,000£60,000 per annum
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 5 days out of 7 (flexible rota, split service)
About Us
We are a stylish, small boutique hotel located just outside Bournemouth, renowned for warm hospitality, quality accommodation and an elegant restaurant serving seasonal, locally sourced dishes. With a focus on creativity, quality and guest experience, we are looking for a driven Head Chef to lead our kitchen to the next level.
The Role
As Head Chef you will:
Lead all kitchen operations for both our restaurant and hotel dining service
Create and develop innovative, seasonal menus that reflect local produce
Oversee food preparation, presentation standards and service quality
Manage, train and inspire a small kitchen team
Control food costings, stock ordering and supplier relationships
Ensure high standards of hygiene, health & safety are maintained
About You
We are looking for someone who:
Has previous experience as a Head Chef in a fresh-food led restaurant or hotel environment
Is creative, organised and passionate about food quality
Has strong leadership and team management skills
Can thrive in a hands-on role
