Working with the kitchen team to prepare and present diverse dishes from A la carte menus to large-scale banquets and events. Ensuring the kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently during peak times. Creating menus that incorporate fresh, seasonal produce, while reflecting current food trends and accommodating dietary requirements to ensure a diverse and appealing offering for all guests. Monitoring kitchen resources effectively to minimise waste and maximise efficiency. Managing inventory, overseeing food deliveries, and maintaining effective stock control to support cost efficiency. Ensuring all kitchen staff adhere to food safety, hygiene, and quality standards at all times. What Were Looking For: A passionate and experienced chef with a proven track record in a culinary setting. Strong leadership abilities with excellent team management and communication skills. A creative approach to menu design and presentation, bringing fresh ideas to every dish. Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring consistent quality and high standards.
