We are seeking an accomplished Head Chef to lead a brigade of six chefs and guide the continued evolution of a thoughtful, seasonally driven menu. The restaurant operates with a calm, quality-focused rhythm, typically serving 20+ covers at lunch and 50+ covers at dinner. The kitchen works with trusted suppliers, preparing dishes rooted in French technique, seasonality and a respect for provenance.
