bold, outside-the-box thinking

The Role As Head Chef, you will take full ownership of the kitchen, leading a talented team while working closely with the creative leadership behind the concept. The food offering is expressive, imaginative and constantly evolving, so a strong creative mindset is essential. Youll be expected to develop dishes that surprise and excite guests while maintaining high culinary standards and a smooth, well-run kitchen operation.
