The Role As Head Chef, youll have full control of the kitchen, from menu development to team culture. Lead and inspire your brigade, setting the tone for standards, energy, and creativity Design and deliver fresh, seasonal menus with a focus on quality and consistency Build, train, and develop a high-performing kitchen team Work closely with the General Manager to drive GP, stock control, and profitability Take ownership of all health & safety and food hygiene standards Create a positive, high-performing kitchen culture This is not a maintenance role
