The role As a head chef you will be
responsbile
for the smooth running of the kitchen, you will ensure
everythiong
in the kitchen runs smoothly, that the kitchen is clean and ready for service, the rotas are done and food orders are placed. you will run the pass on the day to day operation and will include all the standard head chef duties.
Experience We are looking for a head chef from a fresh food background, with good use of fresh produce and knife skills, you will be either a head chef or a senior sous chef looking to step up to a head chef role.
