from the Caribbean and Alaska to South America, the Mediterranean, and beyond. What Youll Be Doing Leading a dedicated team of 78 chefs in all aspects of Palos kitchen operations Overseeing food preparation, presentation, and menu execution in a fine dining environment Managing food costs, inventory, menu audits, and quality control Training, coaching, and mentoring team members to uphold Disneys high culinary standards Collaborating with Palo leadership to maintain and evolve the restaurants modern Italian identity What Were Looking For Minimum 35 years of leadership experience in fine dining, preferably with European/Italian cuisine Strong operational knowledge of kitchen management, food safety, and cost control A passion for culinary creativity, team development, and guest satisfaction Excellent organisational and communication skills Life On Board 4-month renewable contract Tax-free salary of approx. $7,000 All expenses covered: travel, food, single cabin, uniforms, and medical insurance Enjoy onboard amenities: gym, bar, pool, crew-exclusive events, and Disneys private island
