Running the kitchen like a pro - from prep to plate Creating standout dishes with fresh, seasonal ingredients Designing menus that wow both adults and kids Keeping the kitchen spotless and up to top hygiene standards Listening to customer feedback and adapting with flair Collaborating with the team and management to keep things running smoothly

? What We're Looking For:

Proven experience as a Head Chef in a similar setting NVQ Level 1 & 2 (or equivalent) A love for fresh food and high standards A positive, can-do attitude and a hunger to grow
