About the role
You launch and lead the kitchen for a new opening in April
You build and develop the kitchen team
You create and deliver seasonal menus
You set kitchen standards from day one
You manage ordering, stock and GP
You work closely with senior management during pre-opening and beyond
The offer
Salary £36,000 to £38,000
Tronc around £7,000
Bonus potential up to £7,500

Your background
Proven Head Chef or strong Senior Sous ready to step up
Experience in openings is helpful but not essential
Confident leading busy fresh food service
Track record of training and developing teams
Strong menu knowledge and cost control ability
