So, what are you waiting for? Join aCommunitythat cares about you!? More about your role Due to a period of growth, we are looking for a Hard Services Manager to join us on a permanent basis.
Basedpredominantly onsite in South Kensington, as well as coveringadditionalsites in Battersea and White City, this is an exciting time to join a growing area of the business.? On a daily basis, you will play a key role in managing and coordinating hard services on site.
You willbe responsible forplanning and organising the PPM programme and various other ad hoc activities.
Reporting to the General Manager, you willbe responsible forprovidinga high levelof technicalexpertise,mentoringand leading junior members of staff.
In addition, you will carry out Health and Safety checks whererequiredand ensure that all documentation is kept up to date.? At Places forPeoplewe are committed to a safe workingenvironmentso a basic DBS check is mandatory.
More about you The successful candidate will have experience within Hard FM and havea track recordof leading/ managing teams.
A good understanding ofcompliance,forward planning and client relations is also desired.
The successful candidate will have: Hard FM?experience, A track record of leading/ managing teams, A validelectrical / mechanical qualificatione.g.
NVQ Level 3, C&G 2391, Experience of managing contracts.
