The newly designed, Club Quarters Hotel, St Paul's , is looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Guest Experience Manager to join our vibrant team. As a Guest Experience Manager, you will be connecting with our guests and crafting memorable experiences while providing exceptional service and essentially contributing to the overall vibe of our hotel. You will make the first impression to our guests and play a pivotal role in setting the tone for their stay. Responsibilities Service with a Smile - Greet guests with genuine warmth, enthusiasm, and a can-do attitude. Passion for Hospitality - You have a sincere passion for the hospitality industry and a strong desire to create positive experiences. Extend Warm Welcomes to See you Soon - Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring a smooth and seamless process. Show your personality to deliver an intimate and personalised guest experience Be a Local Expert - Recommend restaurants, attractions, and hidden gems based on guest interests. Share your favorites to ensure an elevated and special guest experience. Go the Extra mile Anticipate needs, resolve issues promptly, and personalize the experience whenever possible. Be a Master Problem-solver Address guest concerns with a calm demeanor and a solutions-oriented approach. Become a Barista Extraordinaire Learn a new skill to be able to assist the Guest Experience Team and occasionally whip-up a delicious drink. Team Player Collaborate effectively with all team members to ensure smooth operations and provide an exceptional guest experience at all times . Responsible to the Senior Guest Experience Manager. Qualifications o A positive attitude and passion for customer service and creating a welcoming guest experience. o Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills served with a friendly, outgoing personality. o Flexibility to work varied shifts. o Punctuality and reliability in meeting scheduled work hours.
