Key Responsibilities of the Group Health, Safety and Wellbeing Manager:

Lead the development and implementation of a positive, learning-focused health, safety and wellbeing culture Provide strategic advice to senior leaders and the Board, using insights to influence decision-making Strengthen governance, reporting systems, and compliance across the organisation Manage a national team and network of health and safety representatives Collaborate with operational leaders and HR to embed effective health and wellbeing practicesThe Successful Group Health, Safety and Wellbeing Manager will have:
