Group FP&A Director – Private Equity Backed Buy & Build Company: STOIX | B Corp™ Location: London, United Kingdom – Hybrid (3 days a week in the London office) Employment type: Full‑time Seniority level: Director Job function: Finance and Accounting / Auditing Industries: Business Consulting and Services; Venture Capital and Private Equity Principals Base pay range: £175,000 Basic + Bonus + Benefits Role Overview The business is a private‑equity backed services group undergoing rapid expansion through a significant buy‑and‑build strategy. A newly created, high‑impact role reporting directly to the CFO will establish a best‑in‑class FP&A capability to support value creation across a dynamic multi‑entity group. Responsibilities
Lead the full FP&A agenda at group level, acting as a strategic partner to the CFO and senior leadership. Build and enhance budgeting, forecasting and performance management frameworks in a highly acquisitive environment. Strengthen the link between financial plans, deal activity, operational performance and investor expectations. Design and implement scalable FP&A processes, models and reporting to support a dynamic multi‑entity group. Work closely with M&A, Group Finance and operational leaders to ensure the business has the insight needed to support decision‑making and growth. Develop and mentor the FP&A team, shaping the long‑term structure of the function as the organisation continues to expand.
Qualifications
Senior FP&A leader (Top 10 trained, ACA qualified) with experience in PE‑backed, buy‑and‑build or fast‑scaling multi‑site services groups. Strong grounding in Transaction Services, Corporate Finance, Deals or similar – able to understand returns, sensitivities and investment logic. Proven track record of building or transforming FP&A functions, including modelling, forecasting and commercial insight. High energy, strong communication skills and the ability to operate in an evolving, entrepreneurial environment. Capability to thrive in a role that requires both strategic thinking and hands‑on operational execution.
