and clientele

seasoned Head Chef or Executive Chef
from a hotel or large-scale operation,
to shape food strategy across diverse servicesfrom vibrant retail and hospitality to high-end events

premium staff dining and corporate hospitality

as well as

for food and service.
Your role: Full culinary leadership and oversight across two busy sites Menu innovation across retail, corporate dining, and major events Ensuringexceptionalfood experiences across all aspects of both operations Working closelywith General Managerstodeliver excellence Financial managementcosting, GP performance, and operational efficiency Hands on
this is not an office role
What we are looking for: Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a high-volume or hotel environment Hands-on team leadershipcoaching, inspiring, and building strong brigade culture Exceptional culinary skills and an uncompromising approach to quality and consistency Strong commercial acumen -managing budgets and driving profit Passion, energy and personality! Willingness to support evening and weekend events whenrequired Interested and ready to apply?
