Our client operates three divisions within the residential development sector, supported by a central head office located in the Midlands. Following a period of significant growth, they are seeking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor with approximately ten years’ experience in residential development and proven expertise in COINS.

This role will lead the rollout and integration of COINS across all divisions, requiring a strong process-driven mindset, excellent IT proficiency, and a track record of implementing systems successfully.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the structured rollout of the new commercial system across all business units.
• Coordinate with divisional teams to standardise processes and ensure system alignment with operational needs.
• Manage data preparation and migration to maintain accuracy and integrity.
• Develop and deliver training materials, workshops, and guidance for end users.
• Track implementation progress, resolving technical or process-related issues swiftly.
• Work with internal stakeholders to configure reporting tools that support strategic decision-making.
• Establish governance for system use, ensuring consistency and compliance across divisions.
• Drive post-implementation reviews to identify further efficiencies and enhancements.
