We are currently recruiting an experienced Groundworker for a range of projects based in Farnham and within a 1-hour radius , with immediate work available and a strong pipeline secured for the next 12 months.
This role is ideal for a reliable, skilled operative looking for consistent, long-term work across multiple sites.
Key Details Location: Farnham & surrounding areas (within 1-hour radius)
Start Date: Immediate
Rate: £22 per hour
Duration: Ongoing (minimum 12 months secured work)
Hours: Full-time
Scope of Work General groundworks including drainage, foundations, and kerbing
Operating a digger (when required)
Site preparation and finishing works
Working across a variety of residential and commercial projects
Maintaining high standards of safety and workmanship
Requirements Proven experience as a Groundworker
Ability to operate a digger confidently
Own van and tools essential
Good level of spoken English (site communication required)
Reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently
