Barker Ross is recruiting Grounds Maintenance Operatives on behalf of our client, offering a great temp-to-perm opportunity for reliable and experienced candidates.
The Role
You will be working across commercial and public sites throughout the Midlands, covering areas from Northampton to Sheffield. This is a hands-on, outdoor role suited to individuals who enjoy physical work and early starts.
Key Duties
Operating mowers, strimmers, hedge trimmers, and blowers Grass cutting, hedge trimming, pruning, and general grounds maintenance Loading, using, and maintaining equipment safely Travelling as part of a mobile teamRequirements
Previous grounds maintenance or landscaping experience Confident using maintenance machinery Reliable, punctual, and hardworking Comfortable with early starts and varied locations Full UK driving licence essentialWhat's on Offer
