CNC Recruitment are currently recruiting for hardworking and reliable individuals to join our clients team as Grounds Installation Operatives. This is a hands-on role working on a variety of sites including golf courses and football grounds, involving physical outdoor work and regular travel. £15.50 per hour Contract:

Temp - Perm Working Hours & Travel Monday to Friday, travelling to sites weekly Depart Monday morning (6:30am meeting point in Ilton), returning Friday Typical working hours: 6:00am

6:00pm (12-hour shifts) Key Responsibilities Installing underground piping systems Carrying out general groundworks, including digging and site preparation Operating machinery where required (training provided) Working as part of a team on various sites Handling physically demanding tasks, including heavy lifting Requirements Strong work ethic (grafter mentality) Ability to work away from home during the week Physically fit and comfortable with manual labour Team player with a positive attitude Driving licence preferred but not essential Digger ticket and/or FLT licence desirable (not essential) No CSCS card required Benefits Overtime paid Accommodation provided (typically Airbnb) plus £25 per night allowance All expenses covered Paid weather days (8 hours if work cannot be completed due to conditions) Company phone, tools, and full training provided Health & wellbeing programme Christmas bonus Opportunity for progression
