Student Success Coach - Key Responsibilities

Deliver one-to-one and small group support to pupils with SEMH and behavioural needs

Work closely with the class teacher to support learning activities, behaviour management, and targeted interventions

Encourage positive behaviour, emotional regulation, and resilience throughout the school day

Support the monitoring of pupil progress and maintain clear communication with staff and families

Student Success Coach - Person Specification

Previous experience supporting children or young people with SEMH or behavioural needs (education, care, or youth settings) A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to behaviour support

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

A sound understanding of SEMH and SEND strategies

A relevant qualification in education, care, or support is advantageous but not essential

Hold the Right to Work in the UK
