This is the perfect opportunity for aspiring teachers to gain meaningful school-based experience ahead of applying for a PGCE, School Direct, or teacher apprenticeship programme. Many of our previous Graduate TAs have gone on to secure places on teacher training courses or school-based salaried routes the following academic year. The Role: Full-time, Monday to Friday (term time only)

Paid at £95 per day (via PAYE)

Based in a variety of primary schools across Ealing

Roles include: Whole-class support

Targeted small group interventions (e.g. phonics, literacy, numeracy)

1:1 support for pupils with SEND or additional needs
