A Primary School in Willesden, Brent is recruiting a Graduate Teaching Assistant to join the school from September 2025.

This role is suited to graduates looking to gain school-based experience before progressing into teacher training or another education-related pathway.

Role Responsibilities:

• Classroom support across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
• Delivery of small group and one-to-one interventions
• Supporting pupils with SEND, EAL or additional learning needs
• Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery and pupil engagement
• Supporting behaviour, routines and pupil progress

Experience You Will Gain:

• First-hand classroom experience in a Primary School
• Understanding of the Primary curriculum across key stages
• Experience supporting pupils with additional learning needs
• Exposure to behaviour management strategies used in schools
• Insight into day-to-day expectations of primary teaching

Candidate Requirements:

• A completed undergraduate degree
• Interest in working in education
• Availability for a full-time, term-time role

Contract Details:

• September 2025 start
• Full-time, Monday to Friday
• Term-time only
• Daily rate dependent on experience
