Teaching Assistant - Brent\n\nFull-Time | Term-Time Only | January or ASAP Start\n Salary: £85-£110 per day (depending on experience)\n\nA friendly, inclusive and forward-thinking school in Brent is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their team from January or as soon as possible. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about supporting children's learning and development.\n\nAbout the Role\n\nAs a Teaching Assistant, you will:\n\nSupport pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2, depending on your experience and preference.\n\nProvide 1:1 and small-group support to help pupils make progress academically and emotionally.\n\nAssist the class teacher with lesson preparation, behaviour management and classroom organisation.\n\nHelp to create a positive, safe and engaging learning environment.\n\nSupport pupils with additional or SEND needs, promoting inclusion and confidence.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n\nExperience working with children (school-based, tutoring or volunteering experience welcome).\n\nA patient, enthusiastic and proactive approach.\n\nStrong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.\n\nA genuine passion for education and helping young learners thrive.\n\nAn enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply.\n\nWhat the School Offers\n\nA supportive and welcoming staff team.\n\nOngoing training and opportunities for professional development.\n\nA well-resourced school with a strong focus on pupil well-being.\n\nOpportunities for career progression, including routes into teacher training
