As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you’ll gain invaluable classroom experience, support students with their learning, and work closely with experienced teachers to develop your own skills — a perfect stepping stone into teacher training or a career in education.


About the Role:

  • Supporting pupils aged 11–16 in class and in small groups
  • Assisting with lesson delivery and classroom management
  • Working closely with subject teachers and SEN departments
  • Providing pastoral support and acting as a positive role model
  • Ideal for aspiring teachers, educational psychologists, or youth workers


Requirements:

  • A recent graduate (any subject considered; strong academic record preferred)
  • A genuine passion for working with young people
  • A desire to pursue a career in education
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
