Graduate Teaching Assistants
. This is an exciting opportunity to gain valuable classroom experience, supporting students' learning, building their confidence, and making a meaningful impact on their educational journey. Roles are full-time, term-time only, and available to start as soon as possible. As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will: Provide academic and pastoral support to pupils, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN) Support learning in core subjects, including Maths and English Help maintain a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment Encourage students to engage actively in lessons and reach their academic goals Assist the class teacher with lesson delivery, classroom management, and pupil development A genuine interest in education and supporting young learners Experience working with children or young people (e.g. in schools, tutoring, youth work, or mentoring) Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS FOR VERITAS EDUCATION All applications are subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, professional reference checks, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) in line with our stringent safeguarding policy You must have legal right to work in the UK Veritas Education work with a variety of schools covering a wide geographical area.
