Graduate Sales Development Representative

ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for an enthusiastic, ambitious, and self-driven individual to join our expanding team as a Sales Development Intern/Entry-Level SDR. This is an ideal role for someone looking to launch a career in SaaS (Software as a Service) sales. You will join a high-performing team where prospecting is a vital part of our business. Under the mentorship of our sales leaders, you will learn to identify and target potential customers at mid-to-large-sized enterprises. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to build compelling outbound strategies and foster professional relationships.
RESPONSIBILITIES Identify and qualify new leads using a variety of outbound approaches Connect with potential customers through methods like cold calling, email interactions, in-person events, and social media engagement Facilitate initial qualification meetings and further discovery calls between prospects and our AE sales team Engage with marketing-generated leads, nurturing them into promising SQL opportunities Work closely with the sales team to bolster their efforts in securing deals Monitor and record all activities using our CRM software Become well-versed in our products and services to effectively communicate their value Gain an in-depth understanding of our offerings and how they benefit businesses
KEY SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred (recent graduates or final-year students are encouraged to apply) Experience: 01 years of experience in a customer-facing environment (retail, hospitality, or internships), with a strong interest in the SaaS sector Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities Mindset: A self-motivated "go-getter" with a knack for working independently and a high level of coachability Organisation: Exceptional organisational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage time effectively Tech Savvy: Familiarity with or an eagerness to learn sales tools such as HubSpot, Gong, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator Resilience: Capable of staying positive and thriving in a fast-paced environment This role will report into the Head Of Sales.
