Location: Surrey (4 days in office, Fridays WFH)

Level: Graduate (No business development required)

The Opportunity

You’ll join as a Graduate Recruitment Consultant in a pure delivery (180) role — meaning zero business development ❌.


Instead, you’ll focus on identifying and engaging top-tier talent within the technology market .

The company operates a headhunting-led model (no job boards) , partnering with high-growth, VC-backed SaaS businesses to build out their commercial and GTM teams.
