This is a full 360 recruitment role where youll build your own client base and candidate network within the financial services market. Youll be responsible for generating new business, managing relationships, and closing deals
all while earning commission on every successful placement. Key Responsibilities
Developing new client relationships across financial services
Headhunting and qualifying high-quality candidates
Managing interviews, offers, and negotiations
Writing and advertising roles
Working towards clear revenue and performance targets
What Were Looking For
At least 6 months experience in a
sales or commercial role
Confident communicator with a strong work ethic
Target-driven and motivated by financial success
Resilient, organised, and proactive
Degree preferred but not essential
