Our division specialises in placing exceptional freelancers with a range of global agencies and brands across marketing, digital, eCommerce, and analytics, offering rapid response staffing solutions to our customers.

As an Associate Recruitment Consultant, you will learn the fundamentals of recruitment to master sourcing, screening, and engaging with top talent, alongside developing an in-depth understanding of the digital marketing landscape.

You will:

• Support the Contract Marketing team by identifying and sourcing the best freelance talent across multiple touchpoints to meet our clients’ requirements
• Develop your own network of professionals and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with both candidates and clients
• Take ownership of key administrative tasks while learning how to manage the entire recruitment lifecycle as you grow into a 360-consultant role
• Collaborate with experienced consultants to understand client needs, identify opportunities, and deliver an exceptional service
