Your responsibilities:
Mapping markets and headhunting senior level professionals
Running detailed, structured, high quality interviews
Advising clients on long term hiring and talent strategy
Taking ownership of complex assignments with major global businesses
What you receive:
£28K base salary with OTE £45K in year one and £70K plus by year two
One to one mentoring from respected senior consultants
Exposure to global markets, international clients and high value assignments
