The Role:
Sourcing and headhunting top-tier candidates
Building and managing candidate relationships
Supporting senior team members on active mandates
Working closely with clients to understand hiring needs
Developing market knowledge in high-growth industries
Learning how to build and grow your own specialist market
The Requirements:
Minimum 2:1 degree
B2B or office based experience experience preferred
Highly motivated and confident communicator
Competitive, resilient, and goal-oriented
