We are looking for a Paralegal Associate to join our client a major consultancy in support of a key litigation project based in their Belfast office. This is an initial 12 month contract where you will be engaged via TCC and paid via an umbrella company you will be required to work on a hybrid basis of 3 days per week in office and 2 days remote. This is an ideal role for a recent graduate to progress their skills and experience and utilise a legal degree with a prestigious company. Job Description:

Partner with internal litigation teams during the pre-claim investigation and early case assessment phases, of active matters to advance knowledge and understanding of claim and ultimately inform legal strategy. Proactively investigate, analyse, troubleshoot and drive a range of sensitive and complex litigation and pre-litigation matters to resolution in close conjunction with outside counsel teams. Use proprietary tooling to preserve, search, sort and organise large amounts of electronic data related to ongoing and threatened litigation. Key Skills:

Attention to detail

: Often the smallest detail may be the difference between how OC strategizes a case. It is essential that we are providing accurate and sufficient information so that OC are in the best possible position to form their defence. End to End Project Management: Keep Counsel abreast of progress on the internal systems, ensure all data points are captured and recorded appropriately. Legal analysis: determine what the opposing counsel will be thinking and pre-empt follow up questions Turnaround low hanging fruit quickly and ensure that any questions that need to be sent to other SMEs are done so in a timely manner. Required Experience:

Law degree is essential Previous experience in a litigation team would be advantageous
